This product consists of the sale of a professional subscription activation, configuration and administrative management service , activated directly on your organization’s account :

if you already have a Canva account, the subscription will be activated on that, after agreement with you ;
If you don’t have one, we’ll set it up for you on behalf of your organization : you’ll receive a new workspace, registered in your name and ready to use.

Your account and credentials remain yours exclusively , before, during, and after activation. We do not sell or rent third-party accounts.

Duration of service: 12 months from the date of activation .
After you place your order, we’ll contact you to arrange activation (usually within 1-2 business days).

Managed service included

We’ll activate your workspace for you: initial setup, user invitations, and administration setup. Basic email support is included for the duration of your subscription, providing a direct channel for questions and operational support.
